Google and Reddit have lost their minds.

Google and Reddit are conspiring to disenfranchise my right to use any browser to view search results.
And I’m pretty enraged about it. If Reddit doesn’t want to appear in any search results, they should request to not be indexed by all browsers. Otherwise, I have a right to search their results in my browser of choice.
If Google can make this deal, they can have other websites exclusive to their browser. They could systematically cut out competition and tailor their searches to only show their approved partners.
What’s happened to the monopoly laws in this country?
In addition, how will this affect consumer privacy? Google already logs everything we do. How are they going to sell that exclusive data?
Biggest Red flag ever.
As soon as I can I’m going to Linux everything. I should’ve never left. Bye Bye Google, hasta la vista Reddit.
And since, I’m ethically confused. This was an epic checkmate move. But it’s time for the referees to call it an ‘illegal’ one though.
Reddit wants to charge bots to crawl their website. Well, what about the millions of other business owners who don’t want their websites scrapped either. Oh I guess it’s tech elite privilege of lawyers and knowledge.
Maybe it’s time to declare war on big tech because as my mother would say, “They’ve lost their everlovin’ minds.”
War Strategy
hmm maybe we could do a mass deindex from Google? That’ll show them. But you’d have to be willing to risk your business. Something businesses can’t afford to do. Thought the economic outfall may make the FTC move faster.
oh the possibilities….
